The benchmark table shows why products should be compared with their shelf. A strong health signal in candy is not the same benchmark as a strong health signal in frozen vegetables.
Evidence depth is the publication gate.
A record can remain searchable without becoming an indexable scorecard. Public research and sitemap inclusion require completed scores, usable imagery, reliable label evidence, and substantial original analysis.

- The underlying offline snapshot contained 179,913 product records.
- 88,105 records passed completed-score, image, evidence, and analysis checks; 1,600 high-value records form the public research sample.
- Figures describe the selected Reviews sample, not every grocery product sold in the United States. Percentages are rounded and should not be interpreted as population-wide nutrition estimates.
